We are a professional team committed to transforming lives and futures through the promotion of opportunities to study at LJMU. Our key areas of work include recruitment marketing to home prospective students and providing a customer-focused home and international admissions experience.

We represent the university and market our courses to potential students from across the UK at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional levels.

Many of our team spend their time out of the office, in schools, at HE fairs and open days, talking about all aspects of the university. We also work together to ensure that potential applicants can visit the university for one of our many undergraduate or postgraduate events or attend virtual events where more convenient.

It is important that we are as knowledgeable as possible about the university because deciding where and what to study is one of the most important decisions in life – particularly if you are moving away from home, or even moving to a different country.

Through our activities with local communities, we work to raise aspirations for those with less experience of higher education. We provide our current students with work experience opportunities as student advocates and they are excellent role models for our widening access work, particularly in disadvantaged communities.
