The Human Resources team ensures that we recruit, retain and look after our staff at every stage of their employment through to retirement.

We aim to provide the highest possible quality of professional advice and services to the University, its staff and managers and provide all members of staff with the essential information they require on working at LJMU and, in particular, matters which affect their rights and obligations as employees.

Within our services we develop the range of benefits available to staff and we ensure that all staff have the opportunity to enhance their professional achievements through our staff development programme.
