LJMU have partnered with SilverCloud, an online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tool, to provide support to you around issues such as depression, anxiety, stress and body image. You can download the Silvercloud app so you can access whilst you are on the go.
Togetherall is an award-winning online mental health and wellbeing service designed to help people get support, take control and feel better. It provides 24/7 peer and professional support plus a range of wellbeing tools to help people to self-manage their mental wellbeing.
On Kooth young people have 24-hour access to self-help materials as well as goal-setting and mood-tracking tools. The online service hosts moderated forums, allowing for peer-to-peer support and interactive messaging with counsellors.
