I am a Registered Dietitian and Performance Nutritionist who’s currently working full time with Everton Football Club's first Team. I studied Sports Science at Brunel University and then went onto to study Dietetics at Hertfordshire University. From there I worked in the NHS for 2 and a half years whilst studying a postgrad in Sports & Exercise Nutrition. I have previously worked at Manchester City, with both the academy and Women’s team. Since that I have worked with the Salford Red Devils Rugby League team and Crawley Town FC.

PhD title: Micronutrient status of elite football players: Can education tools improve this and does this affect health and performance outcomes.
