Shaqil Chaudary joined LJMU in April 2000 as a lecturer in Pharmaceutical Sciences. He is currently Head of Subject in Pharmacological Sciences within the School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences (PBS) with overall responsibility for staff and teaching in this area. Shaqil was previously the MPharm Programme Leader (2012-2019) and contributes to a number of PBS programmes including MPharm Pharmacy, BSc Pharmaceutical Sciences, BSc Biomedical Science and MSc Cosmetic Science. Shaqil has held a number of administrative posts during his career at LJMU including development of a medicines management Foundation and Bachelors degree, module leadership and MPharm year tutor. Shaqil has also had the role of NSS champion for the School of Pharmacy and Biological Science between 2014-2019.
