About the PESSPA Network
Lead: Ceriann Magill
The LJMU Physical Education, School Sport and Physical Activity Network (PESSPA) connects PE teachers and sport coaches with staff and students from the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences.
We welcome all staff and students regardless of their career stage. The network aims to support professional learning and improve practice for all.
We value the support of schools and partner organisations. They provide valuable work-based learning placements for our students. Network membership offers more support and creates new opportunities to strengthen partnerships.

Network strands
The network community consists of four strands. Each strand is supported by a committed and experienced team of individuals.
They will be able to provide opportunities, host events and share the range of innovative work in PE, school sport and physical activity with you.

- Programme Related Professional Learning
- Continued Professional Development
