Student Awards

School of Nursing and Allied Health Student Awards

Recognise a student who has made a difference

On 24 November 2022, we will be holding the 10th Annual School of Nursing and Allied Health Student Awards. These celebrate the considerable achievements of our students. In addition, the awards give students a chance to recognise the important impact of colleagues in placement areas on their learning experiences.

How to nominate

Nominations are invited from students, LJMU staff, health and social care professionals or service users/carers, depending on the award category.

You can nominate any student who has studied with us in the 2021/22 academic year, even if they have now completed their studies, self-nominations are also welcomed (students only). On the nomination form you'll be asked to support your nomination with evidence of how the nominee has met the award criteria. Please read through the award categories below to choose the category which best fits the individual you wish to nominate. You can nominate the same person for different categories, you'll just need to fill out separate nomination forms to do so.

Closing date

The closing date for nominations is Friday 30 September and the award ceremony will take place on Thursday 24 November 2022.
