I’m a Registered Adult Nurse and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, with a focus on school nursing and health visiting. My clinical experience includes working in perioperative care and intensive care nursing. I have seven years of experience teaching in Higher Education, where I’m dedicated to helping shape and support the next generation of healthcare professionals.
My primary teaching interests include health inequalities and preventative public health, with a focus on inclusive and accessible healthcare.
Outside of my professional roles, I actively volunteer at social inclusion and community events at my local church, and I serve as the Parish Safeguarding Officer, with a commitment to supporting and protecting vulnerable individuals in the community. I am also a freelance Safeguarding Trainer for the county church diocese.
