James is a Senior Lecturer in Quantity Surveying at the School of the Built Environment in the Faculty of Technology and Environment, Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom. Since holding this post he has completed his Post-Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education and is currently working towards a PhD in his field of expertise.
James is considered by his peers as an experienced Construction Cost Consultant with a dynamic and pragmatic approach to construction cost management.
Having worked with Developers, Lenders, Government Ministries/Bodies/Agencies, Investors and Legal Counsel on projects throughout North America and the United kingdom, James has a broad and comprehensive understanding of the development process which he brings to each assignment.
