Dr Atousa Khodadadyan

Atousa is a Senior Lecturer in Quantity Surveying in the School of Built Environment, Liverpool John Moores University. She holds a PhD in Risk Management from the University of Liverpool. In the course of her multi-disciplinary PhD studies, she has worked closely with government regulatory agencies within the Health and Safety and Environment departments/sectors across Europe, assessing and evaluating all prevailing risk assessment and management practices. She has also obtained her MRes degree in Decision Making Under Risk and Uncertainty from the University of Liverpool. Furthermore, she holds a MSc in Risk Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, a BA in Community Development from the University of Glasgow, and also a BSc (Hons) in Economics.

Her research activities principally focus on the Project Risk Management, Optimising Risk Evaluation in Regulatory Agencies in the Health and Safety sectors, Risk Assessment and Management of Construction and Operations in Offshore projects, and Health and Safety Risk Assessment in Construction Design and Management.
