Setting up Exchange Online on your Mobile Device

• Go to the application store on whichever device you have. For apple, it’s the app store, for android it’s the play store. Search for Microsoft Outlook and install the application.

• On the first screen you need to click “add account”. If you have previously set up other Office 365 products your account will be visible on the next screen.

• When prompted, enter your USERNAME@ljmu.ac.uk (opens in a new tab), as seen in the image to the right. Click the continue button once that is entered. 

• You’ll be redirected to the LJMU Single sign on portal – sign in here again with your USERNAME@ljmu.ac.uk (opens in a new tab) and your university password. 

• Your Outlook account will now be signed in and you can access your emails and calendar.
