The Organisational Development team are here to support all staff with change, growth, and improvement. We provide development support across the university at a team and individual level.

We can support you with:

• skills development and training
• coaching and mentoring
• career management
• team building, development and performance enhancement
• support for organisational objectives and strategies, including the 2030 LJMU People Plan
