PowerPoint
We offer two sessions on PowerPoint:
- PowerPoint
- Advanced PowerPoint
PowerPoint
Session content is now available to view at any time (24/7) by enrolling via this link PowerPoint Canvas Programme. This provides an opportunity to work through videos at your own pace and at a time to suit you. The content considers the context in which you will use PowerPoint, functions of PowerPoint and what makes a presentation effective. Videos mean you can pause, re-watch and come back months later as a refresher. In total the videos are approximately 80 minutes.
At the end of the Programme staff are given the option of arranging a 1:1 on MS Teams for further support or training with John Trantom, Programme Leader: j.trantom@ljmu.ac.uk
Advanced PowerPoint
Session content is now available to view at any time (24/7) by enrolling via this link Advanced PowerPoint Canvas Programme. This Programme looks at embedding videos, editing Smart Art graphics, advanced animations and sounds, gifs, PowerPoint best practice, pre-recording slides, bespoke backgrounds, high level troubleshooting, and how relevant learning theory can make our slides and presentations more engaging.
The online Canvas programme is split into 13 sections and will take around 75 minutes to complete; you can do this all-in-one sitting or at your own pace. You can return to this Canvas programme anytime you need to as a training refresher.
At the end of the Programme staff are given the option of arranging a 1:1 on MS Teams for further support or training with John Trantom, Programme Leader: j.trantom@ljmu.ac.uk.
