Who can sign my documents
I need to have something signed on behalf of the University, who can sign it?
Those authorised to sign documents on behalf of the University and its subsidiary and affiliated companies are set out in the Scheme of Delegation.
If an agreement needs to be signed on behalf of the University or one of its subsidiary companies, specific advice can be sought from the Legal team to determine the authorised signatory. Generally, the signatory will be determined by the value of the contract over the term of that agreement.
